Tojinbo cliff and beach is one of the most famous scenic costal side-seen in Fukui prefecture, Japan and which place is located northwest part of Japan. Hundreds of visitors in side and out side of Fukui prefecture visit every weekend at Tojinbo. Among the spring and summer is most suitable season for visit the scene of cliff and seem to that colorful and beauty.

Tojinbo is a rugged, precipitous cliff eroded by the raging waves on the coast of the Sea of Japan The sheer cliff stretches for over one kilometer, and is designated as a precious natural monument. Tojinbo is part of Sea of Japan. The Sea of Japan is a marginal see of the western Pacific Ocean, bordered by Japan, South Korea, North Korea and Russia. The season of winter rough Sea of Japan waves washing the cliffs and that time can observe the flowers of waves (“Nami-no-hana”)

Japanese, sake (酒) or o-sake (お酒)

Sake is an excellent alcoholic beverage in Japan and that it can be enjoyed either hot or cold. Sake’s history is very long, dating back to the more than two thousand years.

Sake’s history is very long, dating back to the more than two thousand years. when Japanese literature studied which recorded when a method of rice planting was introduced to Japan same time started to Sake making. How ever Sake boom in the western 18th and early 19th centuries. When sake is firstly appeared in European restaurant it was frequently referred to as rice wine.

Rice is very important roll doing to making good sake as well as Sake grades are based on the quality of the rice. Sake is the traditional beverage of Japan. It is made from rice and water. Even, Koji bacteria and temperature doing major role rice to start the fermentation process.
“We need to more care about temperature and Koji bacteria process. Others bacteria’s activity and temperature are easy to control during the winter time.
Mostly others bacteria don’t be active winter time that is the reason we are make Sake during the winter time” Masaaki Kuriyama said.
Kuriyama is one of sake manufacturing person in Fukui prefecture, northern part of Japan. I was drink different sake and try to find good taste sake as well as some time I served sake others and asked from them how it tastes? Later I decide to join sak manufacturing sector and i started "Tokoyama Syzou" sake making company said Kyriyama.
After rice is washed, steamed and cooled, fermentation starts by adding
koji bacteria. Keep watching every 30 minutes after bacteria add.  That is important other wise others bacteria will be starting to lively. Sake making time need to more care comparing other alcohols manufacturing said Kuriyam.
Sake is a clear liquid and has about 15% alcohol in it. Sake can be served hot or cold. Hot sake is called atsukan, and cold sake is called hiyazake. Winter is the best time to enjoy hot sake.
Sake has played an important role in Japanese culture and history and as
current status as one of the most popular drinks in the country. Sake was used by Japanese for many important purposes in the Shinto religion, including as an offering to the Gods and to purify the temple. The bride and groom each consume sake in a Shinto wedding ceremony.
How ever, among the young generation most popular drink is beer. Japanese sake is the second most popular drink.
Now we have many important alcohols but each important moment we used sake.
Young generation doesn’t appreciate sake more that beer and wine. But we need to continue our culture with sake. Sake and our culture have long historic link said Kuriyama.

Beauty cherry blossoms are heart of Japan.

Cherry blossoms are heart of Japanese people, it is beautiful but it life is very short. Japanese people enjoy with cherry blossoms as much as only one week. One week after that beauty fallen down by nature. It’s painful seen but it also beautiful for us

A cherry blossom, Sakura is a symbol of Japan and this is the season of cherry blossoms. The peak of the cherry blossoms season between March to April during that period several main

cities have been cherry blossoms festival around the Japan. How ever various cherry blossom at different time between January to April throughout Japan.

This year some part of Japan the cherry blossom season started days earlier than average but Fukui is cheery blossom season started as usual time. Japan has over four hundred varieties of cherry blossoms.
Fukui city is quiet city for observation to cherry blossoms and mountain side cherry blossoms. Final time of cherry blossoms so beautiful that like a fallen snow from mountain.
Atsuwa mountain and river side is major viewing spots of cherry blossoms in Fukui as rive flow down between the mountain and cherry trees through the Fukui city. This weekend most of people come to seen cherry blossoms and enjoy with food and drink around cherry blossoms trees sight. Some people walk through the cherry blossoms trees and captured that beauty moment in their cameras. Many Japanese enjoy the arrival of the blooms after the cold of winter with picnics or open-air parties with families, friends or colleagues. The celebrations are called "hanami" in Japanese, the ancient tradition of cherry blossom viewing and enjoyed.

Japan’s historic parade

Echizen historic parade, that is largest annual event of spring in Fukui prefecture, northern part Japan. Every year of beginning of April Echizen historic parade held and that parade was started twenty years ago for showing history of Fukui as a Japan.

About one thousand of local residents dress up like a more ancient dress and march around the city. Men dress up as a samurai and carrying spears, guns, bow and arrows Women wearing kimono and showing their part of
history. Two famous film actors of Japan dress up as an ancient samurai and kimono take part of historic parade that was famous event.

Cheery blossoms emerge

Already Cherry blossoms in central Tokyo have been in full bloom four days earlier than last year, the Japan Meteorological Agency said on yesterday.
