Oppadi


Oppadi, Traditional Tamil folk art performs by professional musicians at South Indian. Some years before oppadi folk art are famous in south India. Few generations later which folk art not in use express to sadness.
Pattricar Laxmi. She was 50 years old lady take a part of oppadi procession.
She is the traditional Oppadi folk art performer family’s woman in Chennai. “I’m a last generation person of playing Oppadi in my family. My children don’t like to Oppadi perform but one of son is folk dancer. I have six children. Ten years earlier I was done some kind day labor works. Later I prefer to play Oppadi when I was started to play Oppadi my income become a better too”.

India Gate
India Gate, one of the largest war memorials in India is located in the heart of the capital New Delhi. It was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens a well known British architecht.
